If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will only do exchanges within the 14 days.  Exchanges only apply to bags, accessories, and clothing.  There are no refunds or exchanges on art items, such as prints, stickers or original paintings.  Please note all returns must have tags still on, no visible signs of wear or use. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost. We will process your return within 5 business days of receipt.
